Syncordis is looking for several talented senior technical consultants with strong background on T24 and Temenos products and banking business knowledge / experience in Retail, Corporate or Private Wealth background.

Banking Business Consultants (Nordics Region)

The ideal candidate must have a strong banking background with at least 10 years’ experience in banking operations or Core banking system implementations and Consulting experience with strong communication skills & the ability to clearly present solutions to clients. You should be comfortable conducting analysis and design workshops in order to establish a good understanding of the business requirements. You should have an interest in examining and streamlining business processes in order to make them more efficient and introduce solutions that meet Client expectation and delivering optimum solutions.   • Design and implement Temenos Core banking solutions
  • Facilitate and attend client meetings
  • Conduct necessary analysis and design to establish ideal solutions for client’s business
  • Provide strategic and practical solutions to client problems
  • Support clients during implementation projects throughout the full project life cycle. Customer satisfaction and optimum solutions delivery are the key success factors
  • Present findings to client in concise and clear manner & identify opportunities for improved processes

Experience & skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable experience in related field of core banking implementation projects (experience with T24/Temenos solutions are preferred)
  • Minimum 5-10 years of banking operations and lending experience
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage/support multiple projects with multi-tasking ability
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
