Your Main Responsibilities
- Help our clients define their needs and understand client’s requirements clearly to articulate it into functional specification document
- Analyze, identify, and document the gaps from the Business Requirement Document and provide solutions, provide walk-throughs to technical team
- Assist the testing team in creating test cases for the requirement, create user stories
What This Role Requires:
- First experience within the banking industry and financial services
- Good knowledge of banking environment and processes
- Be client and service oriented
- Good command of English and French/German
- Excellent communication skills with good ability for client facing
- Great team player with a can-do attitude
