What we offer
We are currently looking for end-of-studies trainees (6-month contract) to join our Luxembourg office to become our future junior consultants! You will be a member of one of our consulting teams and you will be fully integrated to both internal and clients’ projects with the help and coaching of our senior consultants. We offer training and mentoring programs to help each consultant in their career boost!
Your key missions
- Be part of a wide range of clients’ projects and work on business analysis, development & testing projects, as well as on cloud technologies and automation topics
- Be involved in internal projects to improve transversal processes and technologies, in collaboration with our Technology & Innovation team
- Work on a dedicated search topic adapted to your interests and needs in the context of your thesis and of your business environment
- Help our project management office (PMO) team on tools’ optimization (JIRA)
- We also offer more specific internships to cybersecurity and to IT support & administration (networks, environments).
Your Profile
- Finalizing master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in: Information Systems Management, Computers Sciences, Finance, Banking or Business Engineering
- Curious about banking environments and processes, about digital transformation and next-gen technologies
- Interested in the versatile aspect of consulting projects (technical, functional, business, project management)
- Fluent in both French and English
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Great team player with a can-do attitude
- Good oral and written communication skills with an interest in client-facing
- Be service-oriented
- Eager to learn and grow!

What we offer
We have a unique opportunity for a Cybersecurity Trainee to start a journey in the Luxembourg financial sector. As a Trainee for the “Banking Transformation Practice”, you will be exposed to a dynamic and challenging environment, assisting our Chief Information Security Officer in various aspects of GRC and SecOps. You will also contribute to the integration process with LTIMindtree and the attainment of ISO27001 certification. We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee to join and assist our CISO in areas related to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Security Operations (SecOps). This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of cybersecurity and compliance within the context of the financial sector, as well as contribute to our 27001 certification.

Your key missions
Compliance Management and GRC Support:
- Collaborate with the CISO to ensure the company’s compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) policies and procedures.
- Contribute to risk assessments, compliance monitoring, and the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Security Operations and SecOps Assistance:
- Aid in maintaining the security infrastructure.
- Support security operations, including monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Collaborate with the SecOps team in monitoring and responding to security incidents.
- Assist in vulnerability assessments, threat analysis, and the development and implementation of security controls.
Documentation, Reporting, and ISO27001 Certification:
- Prepare reports and documentation related to security, compliance, and ISO27001 certification activities.
- Support efforts to achieve ISO27001 certification by contributing to the development of security policies, controls, and documentation.
Risk Assessment and Policy Development:
- Collaborate in the assessment of security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Security Awareness Training and Research:
- Support in organizing and delivering security awareness training sessions to employees.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of GRC and SecOps through training and research activities.
Integration with LTIMindtree:
- Participate in the integration process with LTIMindtree, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Assist in data migration and system alignment as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration.
Your Profile
